At Pind Daan Wale, we value the trust of devotees who book with us for rituals, hotels, transport, and other arrangements in Gaya Ji. To maintain clarity, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
1. Advance Payment
To confirm any package or service, 25% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
The balance amount is to be paid upon arrival or before the service starts.
2. Ritual Services (Pandits / Pind Daan / Shraddh)
The 25% advance for ritual services is non-refundable once booking is confirmed, as Pandits are reserved in advance.
If the devotee wishes to reschedule the ritual date, we will try our best to accommodate, subject to Pandit availability.
3. Hotel Bookings
If cancelled 7 days or more before check-in → Full refund of advance.
If cancelled 3–6 days before check-in → 50% of advance refunded.
If cancelled within 72 hours of check-in → No refund on advance.
4. Transport Services
If cancelled 48 hours before scheduled journey → Full refund of advance.
If cancelled 24–48 hours before → 50% of advance refunded.
If cancelled within 24 hours → No refund on advance.
5. Food Services
Advance for food services is non-refundable, since arrangements are made in advance.
6. No-Show Policy
If the devotee does not arrive on the scheduled date for rituals, hotel check-in, or transport, the advance will be forfeited.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
