Welcome to Pind Daan Wale. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Role of Pind Daan Wale
Pind Daan Wale is an aggregator platform that connects devotees with Pandits, hotels, transport providers, and other service providers in Gaya Ji.
We are not the direct service provider. The responsibility of actual performance lies with the respective Pandits, hotels, or transport partners.
We act as a facilitator to coordinate and confirm bookings as per your chosen package.
2. Booking & Advance Payment
To confirm any booking, 25% advance payment is required.
The balance must be paid directly to Pind Daan Wale before or during service delivery.
Bookings are processed only after advance payment is successfully received.
3. Cancellation & Refund
Our cancellation and refund terms are defined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy page. Please read it carefully before booking.
In case of disputes, the refund decision taken by Pind Daan Wale will be final.
4. Service Delivery
Ritual timings, hotel check-ins, and transport schedules are managed by the respective service providers.
Devotees are requested to report on time for rituals and check-ins to avoid inconvenience.
Any changes to schedules must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Pind Daan Wale will ensure that only verified Pandits, hotels, and transport services are booked.
However, we are not liable for any delay, change, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers.
Devotees are responsible for their own belongings, health, and travel safety.
6. Code of Conduct
Devotees must maintain decorum and follow the guidance of Pandits during rituals.
Hotels and transport providers reserve the right to refuse service in case of misconduct.
7. Force Majeure
Pind Daan Wale shall not be responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Gaya, Bihar courts only.
